U're only onto day 2 and you're saying how easy it all is.. I've never smoked but i know from all my m8's who've tried to stop that it gets a lot harder after the first few days.

I used to smoke 20 a day, read this and stopped without batting an eyelid. Haven't had a single craving, and honestly just don't want to smoke.
