Just seen this now! Come on! What about something simialr to last year's Christmas affair (i.e Warm up from one of the Promise ressies, then 2 other DJs) with Fasano & Picotto on the same night?
Whether they do anything or not, they create an uneasy atmosphere in my opinion. The only time I have seen a lot of Charvas at Promise was just after Jules was on last year. I think it was at JFK. Trying to kick doors in in the toilets, trying to start fights in the toilets, pushing folks about on the dance floor etc I didnt go to Jules because there was no fear of me paying £15 to watch him with his feet up sipping tea while select tracks from NOW 53 boomed accross the dance floor, only to watch him leave early afterwards. So I dont know what the crowd would be like for Pearce either.
?! The cheese John Kelly plays is at least usually bootlegs that not many people would be able to get hold of. The cheese DP plays is the sort of stuff you get on Now and Ministry CD's...
Whats wrong with Corsten? He is nothing like anyone else you mention. He has a very melodic style and sticks to it. You dont see him playing the shite that the likes of Blank and Jones, Dave Pearce etc play.
