This is caused by lack of ventillation, nothing else. The mould is appearing in cold areas of the room becasue they are becming damp cos the moisture u breath out is collecting there. If you are getting symptons now you lot are FUCKED. Just wait till winter. You must get in the habit of leaving your window open slightly if possible and if u can (mine can open slightly but still lock) leave it open all day when u go to work.

DO YOU DRY CLOTHES IN YOUR ROOM? IF SO STOP.

DO YOU BREATH? IF SO STOP OH YOU CANT.

LEAVE THE BATHROOM DOOR SHUT WHEN SHOWER/BATHING.

A dehumidifier will help i just bought one from Aldi last week for £30 (its a bad ass elec one) I plan to use it on a timer to come on at night to dehumidify a kitchen I have a damp problem with.

You will be getting bad condensation on your windows as well I guess....... this is all going to get worse as the winter draws in. Its a twat having to have your window open in winter but thats all u can do other than leave the heating on 24/7.
