The whole premise behind cyber in the first place was to not give a fuck what you looked like and to look as mad/stupid/silly as possible but having loads of fun with it.

I think this idea was lost a long time ago tho.........people care far too much about whats cool or not instead of just not giving a fuck!

I don't give a fukk. I like dressing differently to other people. I don't like blending into the crowd.

Went to Promise a couple of weeks ago without me fluffies on for the first time in over two months and I felt uncomfortable!

You're not dressing differently tho! every cyber dresses virtually the same and if you think cyber is a 'necessary uniform' to go to a club or youd rather not go because you don't feel 'comfortable', then I think you may need to have a word with yourself

If that is your attitude then, why on earth do you go clubbing. for the music? for the people? or just simply to pose!

I mean differently to the majority of people not many people at Promise wear fluffies (if u went u'd know that) Doh!!!!

When did I say it was necessary? I just like wearing my fluffy boots, don't like not wearing them. Did I say its necessary for others to wear them??? I don't think so.

And who said anything about posing?????

Whats the fukkin problem here. I like wearing fluffy boots. So fukking what. I am entitled to wear what i want!!

And the only reason I didn't feel comfortable is that I wear them loads so it felt weird not having them on. I didn't mean I can't go out without them on cos I'll die or summit!

I think you probably knew what I meant anyway but you're just gonna have a go at me for the hell of it like you do with everybody else.

The only person that needs to have a word with themselves is you, stop being so narrow minded FFS!!!!!!!

The point of it is for him to voice 'his' opinion on it cos he seems to make up the laws of fashion!

I'm not saying it looks shit at all, what I am saying is, when people mix and match cyber ideas with other conventions I just don't understand it? You go for one look and then you want to look like something else? , I don't think anyone can pull it off to be honest because to me it just don't look right but each to their own, so be it

tell me, why someone would want to fork out spending loads of money on cyber gear and then not try to look cyber?

    too right!

it's a lot more about being individualistic and innovative, and standing out from the crowd than conforming to some obscure rules of fashion dictated by sheep it seems.

btw shaun, how come u dont appear on the board til bout half 3??

Is that when u get home from skool?

Ive never forked out loads money on cyber stuff. I dont try to look cyber either. I like fluffies. I don't go for any look in particular.
And fluffy boots aren't a cyber idea anyway, they were around years ago (in the 60s)

Shaun, I can see what your saying. And you have your right to express your oppinion...but if people want to dress semi-cyber-try-hard or whatever let it be!

People ask me at college why i dress cyber...they say they would never be seen dead in what i wear - i dont give two hoots! I love it, it makes me feel good, i enjoy the attention and i still think it looks cool!

 It makes me laugh how we argue over clothes-categories! Why should we have to make going out such a big deal? Is it what we really go clubbing for?

"OMG - Look at the state of her?"
"He look like such a gimp!"

GET OVER IT PEOPLE - YOU WILL DISCOVER PEOPLE WHO DRESS DIFFERENT TO YOU IN LIFE...

shaun, i think i speak on behalf of all the cybers and non cybers on this one when i say: grow the fuck up and get a life!!

dont u think its about time u started thinking about how to improve alot of things in ure own life i.e. ure personality (or rather lack of one) rather than trying to change what other ppl wear, at the end of the day, we can change our cyber or take it off, ure still a cunt no matter what.

    a thank you.
