Good choices. I have a couple of pairs of Regular Ralfs. I wanted the dry Baggy Bjorns but hey're hard to get and Union didn't have any left when I went to get them. I fancy a pair of Slim Jims or Thin Finns :cool2:

best pair of jeans ive ever had are APC. Regular fit, 80 quid, no frills (not even a badge or pocket stitching). Worn great, washed well.

check this label out i found on my jack jone's

    * the more u wear the less u wash, the better and more authentic your jack jones jeans will look. delay washing your new jeans for as long as possible. instead hang the garmet out to air on washing line

    * first time u wash your jeans wash them in luke warm water

    * never iron at any time.

........................ how mads that............ never seen out like that before on jeans and it basicly says whats been said in this thread!!!

i think there are actually only 1 or 2 stockists in the whole of the UK. Liberty in London stock them.

if you are happy buying online apc have a first class website, which again i personally reccomend. only issue is if you get sizing wrong, you're gonna have to stump up some postage to return them.

    http://www.apc.fr/eu/en/homme_jeans.php

i personally prefer my dry selvedge slim jims to my apc's though. they have held up much better over time, and the fading on the nudies is just perfect, whereas i do seem to have acquired some rather strange fades on the apc.

understated style will always win out over garish in your face fashion.

you said you liked diesel though, so you'd probably be better off looking at energie, richmond, replay type brands. and if you are feeling a bit more flush, then even possibly cavalli.

I'm still scared to wash my dry Nudies. I think I'll leave it at least another few months. How did you do yours? I've heard so many stories about which temperature is best, and whether or not you should use washing powder.

Lee and Energie have just brought out some brilliant new lines..

Never understood the Deisel fascination though, plain jeans with no discernable style at a stupidly high price.. proper gay-scene jeans..
