fan-fucking-tastic, there's been alot of good posts today but thats by far the winner, nearly pissed myself

I get one day off a week....9.20am til 10.50pm. Not allowed to drink or owt EVEN ON MY DAYS OFF!

If I get caught or anything then I get sacked and I have to pay for my flight home which would usually be paid by Camp America. Plus being sacked = not being paid all my wages!

I'm not gonna risk it....just wait til my 10 days travelling time after camp and see what happens...

Plus, there are other people my age on the camp...other counsellors like me. 1 from Scotland, 3 from Russia, 2 from Australia, and about 50 from America Should be fun

my mate went over to work in america cos he's doing international tourism management (or something) an he had to come home early cos he was on his '2nd strike' for drinking offences an didn't want to stay there an not be able to drink!

our laws can be just as bad, the most you can send a 'gift' from the US to here is for $50, anymore than that an you have to pay vat, duty and fucking admin fees from the courier company!
