Hope you aren't dealing with a total nobend and that the tickets are just late. If he is a nobend or the tickets havent actually made it to him I dont think theres anything you can do apart from refund him :( Recorded delivery is very important nowadays.

Is there always an option to have it sent recorded? I thought this was optional to the user selling an item? Sorry if i'm wrong i've only used ebay about 10 times :p

However, you have to look at the possibility of him not getting the tickets. I've sent a cd to someone before and they never got it (I sent it for free so there was no reason to lie). I guess if they CHOSE not to have recorded delivery though all you can do is feel sorry for them :p

Did you put anything like 'buyer accepts postage risk' in your listing?

Its ur word against his really. Especially if he didnt ask for them to be sent recorded.

    How did he pay?

With taht low a feed back he cant blag you for a refund. If I were you dont give it him. If he really wanted tickets securely he would have asked for recorded specificicallyyyyyy. It aint worth givin him money for a bit of positive feed bak.Tell him all buyers know that if they want secure postage they need RECORDED postage. Pretty standard really. If he complains, tell him to fuck oofff.

Also, if they don't pay, make sure you report it as an unpaid item to ebay (as well as leaving bad feedback).

    This will:

    1) Get you your listings fees back

    2) Give the non paying buyer a strike on their account.

i didnt really give the option of recorded delivery i just have sellers standard rate, and i didnt put anything about risk of postage, he has jsut told me he's moved house so think im gunna go down this line now saying it probz got lost in between addresses. i really cant be arsed to give him his money back in casehe is scamming me, if he isnt then its a bit unfortunate :(

Do both those things from now on then. That way, the buyer has little ground to complain officially.

Did he pay by paypal? If he does and he asks them for a refund, you'll have to prove to them that you posted it. Also, if u lose and he gets his refund, paypal will charge you an admin fee too. They charged me £7 over a £1.50 refund once! He only has 45 days to claim a refund tho.

Did you sign for the tickets when u got them yourself? If not, you could pretend they just haven't arrived and see what the ticket company says.

Or you could try saying they were lost or u got burgled or something?

You could still try it. They'll have your name, address, credit card number etc.
