i was brought up here in newcastle, but I went away every christmas and new year from being about 4 or 5, until about 16. So when I had my first xmas it was like I was 5

I havent seen bambi, or anything. Most of the films people have mentioned I havent seen like.

So like I say when I was watching the snowman the other year I broke my little heart.

so when I say deprived, I just mean I was never here to open advent calanders, have a christmas dinner, do christmas shopping, all this mad shit! Saying that I did get tanned, play in pools, have lots of fun, eat well, go to the beach.

Im not too happy with xmas weather over here like :monkey:

what is mint? going away for it or being here?

I would far rather be waking up each day with the sun streaming in my window the birds singing as you sit outside and get your brekkie rather than struggling to get a foot out the bed even, where you can see your breath it is so cold!

Going away for it, loads of people say it sounds shit but till you go you don't understand. Plus everywhere I've been has celebrated it loads anyway. I'd much prefer to be on a beach somewhere boiling than being frightened to open the door incase I get frostbite :)
