classic le mans is every 2 years so you'll have to wait till 2008. i'm planning on doing regular le mans next year which should also be a blast.

yeah the money is simply staggering, we estimated if the ferry we were on went down the value of the cars alone would of been into £50, 60m+

is amazing to think people have enough money that they can risk racing a £12m car.

adrian newy, of ex mclaren fame, wrote off his GT40.. he was saying afterwards the repair will probably cost close to £400000 to restore using original parts.

it is original chassis, engine, etc.. only the bodywork has been restored. you can't race at classic le mans, if you are a replica though - so it would never do for my dad
