I want a white one, purely for what it stands for. I couldn't give a fuck if it's cool or not.

I think its really nice to wear one if you feel strongly about what it stands for.

Why shouldnt you be rewarded though? Even though you feel strongly about it it doesnt mean you dont have to get anything back...

I see where your coming from but..

another thing is, it shows you support it :groovy:

I mean its an awarness thing yeah i can give money all day to help anti bullying but its the awarness that is gonna help prevent it.
Thats what it all started out as just cos you dont wear one doesnt mean you dont support what they stand for but making more adults aware of how much bullying is actively going on in schools today is surely a good thing. yes i know what was said earlier some ppl or being bullied for wearing them well dont wear them but still report the bullying.

    1) MAIN THING they set out to make us aware and just because we are discussing it on this thread they have accomplished what they set out to do.

    2) totally agree the twats who think its cool are dicks plain and simple.

Personally I dont have some sort of large income to go round supporting every charity under the sun...

So if I can buy a wristband and help support a charity without giving lots of money every month, I feel more at ease that at least I have done something :groovy:

I will admit hands down I didnt fully support bullying before this whole wrist band thing kicked off!!

 If you were getting paid as shitly as I am - it is really!!

But no seriously, I do know what you mean.

I just personally dunno what the big fuss is about people wearing the wristbands, whether its for charity or not they are wearing them, they most likely paid for them so some money went to charity...

Yeah it is sad if they cant get enough money raised without having to produce wristbands with money from the charity..but thats how it is, they've done it and it seems to have been a big success.

If a little granny takes the time to out of her life to walk around bars in town or pop into my local she can have some loose change, there is a lot charitey after my cash so I only donate to them that are willing to come & get the cash off me.

I already do, and have done for years. The point of the white ones is that it is a public display of dissatisfaction with the debt system as it is now. Not that many politicians will walk around taking any notice, but even making a small stand is better than none at all.

 they make me laugh, I bet 95 percent of the owners do not give a fuck about the causes they are representing. Please, if you are going to go for the whole 16 year old fashionista look, use a ripped Triple S t shirt so I don't have to see any more of those shitty swimming pool ripoff bands :(
