Of staying up yeah Theres 7 teams wo fill 3 places, I think Southend and Leeds will go down then its out of the rest and were better than Hull & Luton. This is how i see them going.. At the end of the day Roy Keane has basically bought a new 1st team since he got the job and not one single player that he has bought could cut it in the prem!!!!!!!! Maybe they could beat their own record for lowest points total.
whats to say he won't buy an entire new team if we do get promoted ? i don't think keane is as stupid as Reid / Mcarthey, he will buy players!
This saturday is the key for me for Sunderland, 3 points at WBA and i think we will make it up automatically, as after this we have only got Southampton left to face out of the top teams so have arguably the easiest run in. Birningham and Derby have games in hand though neither are playing particuarly well, i reckon West Brom will be a tougher test than either of those have provided us with, they have picked up the same points from last 8 games as us and are a decent side at home. If we can get 3 points on saturday (which i think we will get at least a point) then i will go for Sunderland and Birmingham promoted automatically, and West Brom through play offs.
you're playing wolves in a few weeks who are in better form and a point behind you... I hate to say it but I hope the Baggies batter you, which shouldn't be hard if the way you played against us in Novemeber is anything to go by... we've also got Luton this weekend while the rest of the top 8 are nearly all playing each other..
And now the mighty Scunny are 9 points clear... Scunny v Sunderland next year has a nice ring to it...
the extra time westbrom played last night should go in our favour on saturday. wolves are in v.good form but i really don't think they'll get anything at our place. both birmingham and derby have games in hand, which worries me a bit!
preston also have a game in hand... as for not getting anything at the SoL, I think it could be closer than you assume... away table>
it should be a good game like, both teams are in great form atm. does anyone know who's preston, brum & derbys games in hand are ?
I apologise for before, it looks like Sunderland may be moving places. (hopefully that has put the mockers on them)
In better form?? http://stats.football365.com/dom/ENG/D1/oform.html I think not. We were dreadful at you place and you couldnt beat us playing at home. There will only be one winner at the SOL
i hope the dreaded 'manager of the month curse' doesn't happen to keano our new top looks pretty tasty, i might even get one this year! Umbro are our new kit sponsors for anyone who's bothered
