the tape player will stay where it is & there is a shelf that can be removed for a cd player to fit into!
Then all you need is the right size cage for the CD player and as juski said the right adaptors. It should be a straight forward job, but you'll be left with a dud tape deck above it
the tape deck should b left attached tho cos it's built in & the mp3/player will be added to what i've already got...surely?
Only 1 set of power cables for the radio tho Is this a new head-unit you're installing or a seprate cd-changer?
it's this whatever this is: http://www.argos.co.uk/webapp/wcs/s...gId=-1&catalogId=1751&productId=89123&Trail=C$cip=12771>C$cip=12774>FC$Brands=Panasonic&categoryId=12774
Then all you need is the right adapter and its a quick-ish job. Remove the tray, fit the CD-radio cage in place, take the wiring out the back of the old unit. Fit the adapter and slide the whole lot into place.
bugger was kinda hoping i cud keep it cos theres stuff i only have on tapes! not to worry i'm sure my mp3's can make up for that!
