it completely depends which one is the cheapest I went with sheilaswheels - £400 cheaper than the cheapest rival!! I doubt this information would help you however!!
aye i used that last yr to compare priced and at the time i had a provisional licence i got the car insured with the RAC for £468 for the yr fully comp the most expensive was over £1500
It is. I'm with Kwik fit, £500 a year on a Saxo VTR with all mods (full exhaust, air filter and lowering springs) declared
yeah, double check with the place though - in the terms and conditions, most places do accept them I was surprised to learn - even if your policy document says anything other than 1 year.
i only pay £20 a month for the audi to be on my mums insurance gettin a micra soon tho will be nice to have my own car for a bit as my aunty doesnt need it for a while only pay £60 a month with insurance etc dont start drivin the automatic, u will get used to it and its best to drive as much as u can when u first pass in manual car
haha! your joking? they are one of the expensive ones i reckon, but i suppose its ok when money aint a problem im with sheilas wheels
i wouldnt get a micra, just had a go of my aunties new one and its utter gash, going from your audi to this micra is like going from D&G to C&A, the gear box is horrible and the steerings floppier than a pillheads cock, and theyve got less power than my smoothie maker
it used to boil my piss when i was 17 and i was stuck with a 1.0 nova worth £300 still paid around £800 to insure it 11 years ago kids these days are not getting such the raw deal they think they are ???
Premier in Consett 01207592222 i think, i got insured with them at 21yrs old in my Mk1 16v beast and they quoted me a tiny £1084 fully comp
I went through that confused.dot com.... currently pay bout £400 a year for a 1.4 peugeot 206 (6 years old) I am passed that 17-21 range tho....
i searched for weeks trying to find the cheapest, and found zurich was the best. im 21 & for my first car, i'm paying £1285 and thats for a 1.8 16v ford focus. i did pass pluss tho, if not it would have been£1750.
I'm with Direct Line and have been since I passed my test 6 yrs ago. It definitely doesn't feel like I've been driving that long Anyway, when I first started out, I ended up buying an old Fiesta...think it was a K reg for about £1,000. At the time, I was paying something around £1,200 for third party which I thought nothing of at the time simply because I hadn't owned a car previously. Looking back now, thats a shit load of money. I pay under half of that, fully comprehensive on an 03 plate Golf. You'll find though that most insurers will seriously penalise anyone with no history of insurance and especially those between the ages of 17-25.
elephant are the best for me. 2002 2l focus with performance & appearance modifications with parents on policy was £1300 and i was 20 when i took it out. i also had 0ncb as i totalled my old car with £4200 worth of damage. well cheap considering my premium was £1500 last year and i spent the best part of a day ringing insurance companies to get quotes last year
well just had my renewal notice through. Elephant quoted £700. Got a quote online with admiral (same company...), £568 TPFT 2 years ncb now, group 14 car! Didnt declare the mods like, although i've just got wheels and a few minor asthetics changes, suspension and exhaust are standard. I rang elephant to try to get them to match it to save me fannying on, but they said it was different ratings between them and the best they could do was £620. Why didnt they say £620 to start with?! To be fair i'm amazed it's so low, everywhere else is way over the £1000 mark.
