We drove through meadow well once. 2 lads walked past us with sawn-off shotguns. Nice place.

@ Broony - Aye i always bring my shin pads.. just in case buggers like you want to hack my legs! :D

Wednesday looks like the day of choice so far.. 11 votes.

@ CraigB - Any further info you can give me about this North Shields venue would be welcome, but I'm pretty sure everyone would prefer a venue near the town. I'll take time out at the weekend for a visit to this.. if its easy enough for everyone to get to, and a cheaper option then im all for it.

The Parks is canny decent lads played there a few times

Make sure you get a 5 a side court tho. They are a bit bigger than normal tho but if you get a 7 a side pitch you will be playing on one half of the 11 a side pitch

    There good enough.

Goalking > £25.30 for a five aside pitch but in reality you can play 6 a side and still have plenty room. You can make block bookings or book 2 weeks in advance. 2 mins walk from Meadowell metro.

Cheers for the info - this place is almost half the price of playing at Westgate for the 7-a-side pitch. If this place is as good/better than playing there then i think we've found the next venue.
