    am i right in thinking thats EVERYONE wants to know EVERYONE ELSES business? hang on... i've just read that back. even i do :lol:

    sometimes a quiet word in someones' ear is all thats needed - and appreciated. subtlety. is that a word? anyway.

    it's a balance between letting the board get on with it's purpose in life and keeping it straight and narrow. constantly harping on "why did this happen" - we ALL know you're after attention - so maybe a 'Thread of Shame' is good - any talk of banning OUTSIDE of the thread can be deleted. ramblings IN the thread can be deleted too. quiet and tidy. just how i like it.

    It worked (on the whole) on that board. It's just a locked thread where only staff can post details of the banning for those who have been banned and any who care.
