doorman generally roided up to the max and only waning to kick some poor cunts head in...deserved or not

i've met both and seen video footage of doormen taking people out of the back of pubs to kick their heads in.

i remember when i worked in the pubs i had to stop one of the doormen from hitting some pissed lad who was acting up. the doorman was a boxer, twice the kids height and 3 times the size of him. he would've killed him.

This one at work is a total bully like, he's 26 years old and behaves like a 14 yr old. grabbing people in headlocks and pushing them about. He's threatened me a few times for no reason.
He's proper pally with the team leader though so he never gets disciplined or anything.

When i was talking to him about being a doorman I said aye it's alot better now like and he replied with "nah it isn't because we get bollocked for roughing people up".

I remember being in the Rex Hotel (What is that called now?) & I chucked a plastic glass which knocked a load of other plastic glasses/bottles over, doorman whacked me arm up me back & marched me into this weird bit where 4 other doorman were sitting. I thought I am going to get shoeing here, they opened a side door chucked out me & give me a punch in the back of the head. I was over the moon with that cos 20 seconds earlier I thought I was dead man walking.

I bet there's loads of bouncers who start giving certain people grief for no reason and end up getting totally chinned or getting choked out by some jujitsu teacher

They must be thick as pig shit to give someone a proper good punch in the back of the head though.

I wasn't complaining & I wasn't that worried about there intelligence level either.

he works at studio in chester le street. he used to do the doors in stanley and consett and he said it was ruff there, but nowhere near as bad as chester. he says they're all inbreds and loads of gypsies ( proper dodgy bastards)

I got kicked out of Jimmyz in Whitley last Saturday by a proper prick of a Bouncer cos I was wearing all white Nice Air Max Classics.

I must stress I was wearing a black cardigan, white shirt with black tie and black jeans. No Radgie labels whatsoever. My trainers were just an ironic reference to my hometown.

Couldn't be bothered to even attempt explaining the concept of trainer-based irony to a 18st idiot, so just accepted my eviction.

I seen one of the Bouncers from foundation get properly knocked the fuck out down the little side street next to Foundation was fucking class watching his legs just buckle from under him......then about 5 bouncers gave the kid a proper pasting like after they finished the kid still got up and was asking for more calling them pussys etc and saying they fight like a bunch of girls

IIRC some of the ones at baja beach club were on £16.50/hour a 2 years back

i think the supervisors were on £20

some random came in for a car valet, we found a usb pen stick under one of the seats with a load of rubbish and whacked it into the laptop for a look

some fucken amazing info on there to be honest, might still have a copy somewhere although i think it was on my laptop which is knackered, had everybodys pay, which till was busiest, locking up procedures including what time the security come to empty the cash?? , how much cash was in the float overnight ,


and all this was split over about 6 months including christmas.
