    It's like saying their not 'Nike' shoes, they are 'Nike Fast' shoes. No court is ever going to let you get away with that and no decent solicitor is going to advise you to ignore a request to stop using the trademark.

    I don't think it's big enough fish to fry, that is the only way this can be got away with.
