Re: Re: Re: Boro fans considering newcastle and sunderland are both cities with larger populations... middlesbrough is a town and nevr gonna have the same fan base middlesbrough had the highest amount of supporters vs population a year or 2 ago. getting 30,000 on a regular basis would be an acheivement
Re: Re: Re: Re: Boro fans ahhh nah, wasnt an insult. am with pike on what he says, for the size of the town its good support. and with other decent clubs in yorkshire such as leeds, you do well
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Boro fans haha dont try the old yorkshire thing cos I consider myself a yorkshireman! and dont forget who is highest out of all of us at the mo!
it was in yorkshire tho... south of the tees yorkshire, north of the tees county durham.. lots of people still accept that. i live on the ny boundary when im back home... @bri... rather that than a dirty suburb of newcastle!
I'm sorry, but to hear these we get more fans than you bollox is very childish, seems to me you are jealous of Boro's recent success and need something to put them down with, sad really. Newcastle is a bigger city so of course it has the ability to gather more fans numbnuts. Speaking in term of the Irish league I would love crowds of 25,000 at our games, but my team coleraine are lucky to average 1,000 over the season ( fair enough there is only 30,000 in the town anyway ) So who gives a fuck if there are only 25,000 supporters in the stands, so long as the team are doing well.
