    I'd go with Turnmills like.
Saw the Chemical Brothers DJing there about 5 years ago.
I was completely ruined and kept on discovering more and more weird new rooms as I gradually explored the bowels of what was a very bizarre and scary venue.
At one point a actually vomited because the lights reflecting off the glitterball made me feel as though the floor was moving.

It seems Foundation has now taken up the nostalgia mantle, previously occupied by Rockshots and The Riverside.

Has anyone been to Trouw in Amsterdam(?) cos that looks fucking ace.

mint club used to be incredible before they did it out last year. foundation has a special place in my heart too. the magnet in liverpool also deserves a special mention.

none of my favourite clubs are massive superclubs or anything, just quirky little rooms where i've had some amazing nights :cool2:

Klute, Durham City Centre. At 14 years of age it felt like the best club in the world.

    "Got any any ID?"

    "Nah"

"Bring some next time, 4 quid entry tonight by the way lads"

First time I went into Es paradis was special in the early to mid 90's. Could not get over a club was so light with white marble truly awesome. Shame it only seems to put on crap nights now.

Evolution (Leeds) the main room was awesome, raised DJ box for people dancing in front & low enough at the back to spy what tunes were going on, balconies & loads of lavs & bars. The other room a big 2nd room had the DJ box in the middle of the circle dancefloor, they also had zillion screens in the ceiling forming a circle.

Rockshots was a good club low ceilings, DJ box in good place & layered dance floor.

Bit mystified with people putting Space, aye it puts on a good clubnights but when it was in its pomp in 90's it was nothing special visually or layout wise. Still dancing in the sun was cool.

I am going there in November, I know a lot of people from Liverpool and not many of them really like Magnet as a good venue, only for 'afters' memories I think it has value in their eyes.
