    ive put meself on fastpath and the speeds have increased and pings have dropped a bit. id probs hit 20mb if i could be arsed to sort out the mangled 30metre wire that leads from the boxes dodgy connetion down stairs to me room. i was downoading some demos for the ps3 last night and it was flying, i was getting 23mb every 15 seconds :eek:

    after my rant at virgin i've been re-testing mine every so often just to check that they have put a higher limit to the fair use, because of the high volume of users - and i'm getting:

    I'm contemplating BE too.. as Virgins capping is a joke.

    I can get 2.37Mb down at non peak times.. but the minute I download more than 3gb It drops to 500Kbs...

    I really REALLY do not want ADSL but I can see no other fiber optic options atm :(

    Unless I move to Japan.. where they are now rolling out 1GBps lines :eek:

    i'm on cable, 2mb, get around 240/250 from private torrents. drops to about 80-90 once i'm over the 300mb nightly limit

    i can live with it.
