    i used to work 4 galaxy,did the event manager shite when grame park was on at trades,his was good,club was empty,i was of my face..i even had my picture on the wall

    I was there that night, I've even got a recording of his set - really good music but the consett lot didn't appreciate it.

    I remember tom wainwright being asked for the consett anthem "dance with the devil" at which point the resident DJ chased the chav away from the DJ stand with a broom :lol:

    carter - our management have forbidden anyone playing anything remotely clubland or charver sounding, so in comparison to everywhere else its not like fight club :lol:

    Nope, I missed out sadly.



    Where do you work? Union/Soviet is the only bar that has any semblance of decent music but there's still plenty of chart tastic stuff getting played in there from what I remember. Haven't been up for ages though.

    Wetherspoons has always been the best bet for a decent soundtrack in my experience.

    Soviet / Union is where I work as it turns out. Chavtastic dan has left so we no longer get anyone playing cotton-eye joe :lol:

    consett the only place i know if fight alarms in the club which stops the music till all bother is soted out

    Consett still rough misrable loads of poeple from school has topped themselvd or got into smack.

    glad i moved out of the place 11 years ago.
