If thats correct, Abbey National are in deep shit Cos I saw that happen loads a times. And the come back? Well you knew it was coming out of the bank, so you should have allowed for it. I soooo dont miss working at the bank

ive never had any problems at barclays and they giv me loads of stuff.

I had a £20 charge for a bouced cheque wif LLoyds TSB, i went in to see if they cud change the date it was comin out, they said they don't usually do that but sum1 wud get back 2 me that day!

The next day i still hadn't heard owt so i went in to see if the date had been changed, nd wen the lass had a look at the computer my charge had just magically dissapeared, nothing more was ever said about it nd ive never paid it!

I got my new one this morning and had asked for a new one 7 weeks ago as mine snapped.

aye but say if a OD charge took you OD. if something of yours on yer card or something comes out on top of that, you get charged again. ho ho ho. im evil, and i took great pleasure in telling that to a business caller who barked his account number out at me like i was a robot. lol.

and if they recorded that call you made they have the power to close all your accounts down without waring lol. oops.

i probably didnt say that right. they will close all your accounts and hand the debt over to a debt collec`tion agency. this will affect your credit rating which in turn will affect almost everything you do. lol.
