I agree, if it was someone like yourself who's made a few posts that started the thread I would of not of passed comment.

Just because some of us dont have alot of posts, doesnt mean we havent been interacting with the board/members or that we dont attend Promise everytime. Didnt realise you had it was a necessity in order to voice your opinion on the board. Tosser:mad:

If you had read what he said properly, he didn't say you couldn't have an opinion, he said if you posted more often you maybe wouldn't come across as just being jealous! :dunce: :p

How does posting more often make you less likely to sound jealous? Its still the same opinion.

I agree with you. I don't see why you have to know people to voice your opinion. Message boards are in the main for discussing stuff with people you don't know. Someone who goes to Promise regularly has a far greater right to state their opinion than the so-called internet clubbers who rattle up the posts but have rarely even been to the club

Fair do's. All the best to Mark, hes certainly acheived alot, Im not jealous, I cant mix for shit, but I havent heard a lot of pleasent things about him so far.

Sounded like that other guy was like prejudiced against us who have little posts, but Im a Promise regular, and was offended. Even if we dont know each other, we can still voice our opininons.;)

    Speaking of attitude problems........... :dunce:

All rob meant was that he didnt KNOW this person cos they had not posted much and wud tend to take more notice of what someone who has posted more wud say.....

This is simply because someone who has posted more, he will probably know howto take them more.....its not prejudice at all, its a simple fact.

And most ppl who "rattle up posts" on here, are regulars at promise/quality........

But why should you take more or less notice of someone's opinion just by going on how many posts they've made. So if Cookee had spent a few months making loads of shitty little posts then made this opinion he would have had more credibility

Read it again, I didn't even give my opinion about people's comments on Mark, I didn't even tell you not to voice an opinion. Learn to read and think before you post you fuckwit. :dunce:

I'll let you off this time seeing as you're a newbie and a bit simple. :monkey:

errr....you have totally wrong end of stick here like mate..

if someone has posted loads then people will GET TO KNOW THEM and will have an idea of what they are like.....

THEEEEEEEEEEREFORE......they will know howto take them and how much to value their opinions....

if someone hasnt posted much and ppl dont know a lot about them.....

then then wont know howto take them or how much to value their opinions....

it really isnt difficult what am trying to say here....

Read my post again (the first one) and ask yourself, what are you on about? Ask yourself when I ever said I was talking about cookee?

I Think you got the wrong end of the stick.

How hard is this to understand....nobody was saying you couldn't post or you would be ignored if you hadn't been around for a while, its about the way the poster is percieved! If u don't know someone u assume how they meant what they said and what there motives were (in this case I assumed jealousy! :p), if you know the person you generally have an idea of where they are coming from and you are in a better position to judge there reasons for posting etc.

    Did that make sense?

But why should you assume someone is jealous just because you don't know them. You can never get to know someone properly through a message board, only by meeting them. I said it before - messageboards are for discussing topics with people that you don't know. If you feel you can only discuss things with people you know why not just do it with all your mates at the pub instead
