    Solution to the problem:

In order to solve the problems stemming from Promise DJ's and muntered punters giving them hassle by scaling the walls up the the dj box...

Why doesnt Mark just invest in some Burglar grease and barbed wire and apply/attach these to the danger areas.

Bingo - no more munter hasslers!

oh oh i know this one!

its forseable risk that either a blind man, or someone else who will not be looking at the ground will walk past the open manhole cover... therefore a sign has to be placed.

you are talking about a diff matter altogether... you cannot jus not see a person and fall up on to their shoulders (in any normal situation) therefore there is no foreseable risk and no sign required... or something...

hey i know more than you an i don't even studt law... and i am quite drunk!

you are trying to comepare 2 totally diff situations...

you are going to make a v bad lawer, if you even pass your course...

    so nerh! :p

They don't. There are far more people who qualify with law degrees than there are jobs. Its really competitive - getting a law degree is just the start of it

    Same here mate!

Solicitor - "This is the 3rd time I have requested a redemption statement for this mortgage and I still haven't received it"

Me - "No, it's not, it's the first, order one in good time in future - why not take up criminal law and keep scum on the streets"

I wish I could respond like that...

Been out on the piss, so I haven't seen this thread erupt... I'm kind of sobered up now, and so would like to say a few things:

1)Sonic - I'm sorry but I can't agree with any of the stuff you said. All this rubbish about "needing signs that say 'do not climb'" is a load of political correctness bullshit. It's like nightol having "may cause drowsiness" on the back of the pack - it's a load of horse dung and a anyone with half a brain can work out that you shouldn't try to scale the heights of the foundation DJ stand.

It's that high for a reason (they saw the one at trades and realised they needed to keep the crowd out :p).

Whatever's next - signs telling us to breathe? And can we sue people if they're not present and we forget to do so? What a load of bollocks.

I was pissed off my face tonight and I wouldn't dare scale that stand if my life depended on it.

To Joe - where you out at smile tonight? I could have sworn I saw you :D

thats it, now I'm off to bed :D

so true, getting a training contract after you finish your degree is nigh on impossible unless your an oxbridge graduate.

unless you shine in your interviews! ;):D

And as for mark being vain etc, Djs do need to have balls and confidence to play at venues like Foundation and other big events, maybe this is his way of keeping that confidence so let him be, wonder what hed be like without his vanity?????? now thats scary!....anyways this photo says it all:

    call him mr Vain! [/B][/QUOTE]
