lol @ this thread tbf i think everones taking this a bit to far As Si says if you like the track buy it outta respect for the artist.. if you dont like it, fair enough I can understand why people would download for free as weve been ripped off for years, but thats been mainly feedin pop shite pockets If dance artists cant make money then how they gonna afford to produce or even put the records out, this is the problem - Im up for free drugs sex and music though
Steal the music, rob a shop All the same, a thief on top If you share files you are a crook No matter how you try and look.
Its not a poem-Its a fable, Could you sign it to your label? Thanks, that would be rather kind Though thieving cunts will rob it blind.
My brother Ted is wheelchair bound A 'super' lad, he is so sound He's just a person, simply that So please fuck off you evil twat.
hahahahahahaha Shame the rest of your input was shite. Climax have done some good stuff, it's obviously logical that if people didn't pay those tracks would never get released. I suppose it's also logical that if you wouldn't pay for music anyway, no one loses out. I've still got a huge mp3 collection of unpaid for tracks but these days I pay for stuff if I like it.
So.. is this site ok to use? Are we still legally allowed to purchase off it even though its in the process of being shut down?
Britons using bargain music download website allofmp3.com have been warned that they are breaking the law. The BPI said it planned to sue allofmp3.com in the UK courts but that users would not be prosecuted. "We are going to sue allofmp3.com in the UK courts - we are going to seek a judgement not against the users of the site, but against the site itself," she said. sounds like theyre not gona persue any peeps downloading from it
Some nice fishing going on in here. On copyright... If all copyright was abolished tomorrow there would still be plenty of new music, this idea that music creation is dependant on there being fiscal reward is nothing more than record label spin. Sure you’d like to make music and get paid for it but enough would still do it if they didn’t get a penny from the consumers. If your art is so hollow that it’s only worth creating if you get paid maybe you aren’t actually producing art in the first place? The model of music entertainment is moving towards the only real revenue being in performance. If you have nothing to perform that people will pay to watch you are not going to make any money (most dance producers). Deal with it, nobody cares but you. On piracy... The chances of you getting caught for distributing music over the internet are so small that it's not worth worrying about. It makes more sense to say you will never fly because the plane may crash than to say you will never download because of the legal implications. The moral arguments are irrelevant, people are not going to pay for something they can get for free unless the risk of being dragged into court is a real (which I don't think it ever will be due to the shear scale of the problem). ALL IMHO.
What a thread Joe should get an oscar! By the way joe...you forgot about the driver of the beetle. Guess that makes it 6000001. As far as downloading music goes.....fair points on both sides. I only tend to download mixes though!
