    I think it's a good idea if this podcast doesn't have a music policy - it's whoever wants to put an episode together does their own thing :up:

    can anyone tell me why you can listen to a podcast of copyrighted music and not pay for it? It must be legal if it goes through iTunes. But how?

    You only need one for them to accept it and it takes about 12 hours for it to be loaded into the iTunes store but you dont need it to be in the store for people to load it.

    I've made loads of them if you need some source code to use.

    Its not legal

    If any complaints are recieved from record companies/artists then they simple remove the podcast from the directory.
