At the end of series 3 it shows u some clips from season 4, but they don't appear anywhere in season 4, for example the 2 fighter aircraft flying over a dried out river bed????

Was that not the air force one scene?
I know it happened at night but I'm sure they were released to intercept during daylight hours.

No, if u watch the extras on series 3 it shows u some of the making of series 4, and jack is chasing some kid down a sort of dried out river viaduct thing,

And then two F-16 fighters fly over head and blow something up in the river bed,

Then the director is like that cost $10,000 !!

so i am wondering if they axed the scene from the final shoot

I was just thinking.. what happened to the young lad in season 4? He got traded for jack near the end and i was expecting to see what happened to him but didn't..

That scene is actually from the the 3rd series and he aint chasing a kid its the english bloke with the virus!

yeah, I was thinking that, then his escape helicopter gets blown up by the jets, who just happen to be 30secs away, handy that.
