the boompty bunch have really stepped up their game lately derrick carter has been putting out some corking remixes, joey youngmans last ep was excellent and james curd has put out about 3 excellent 12s so far this year, the last Farina mix I heard had a load of brilliant new stuff on it aswell now if only the dance mags/media etc paid it a bit more attention it could be as big over here as it is in the states to be fair though i'm not blaming british dnace media for that the simple fact is the likes of Carter and Farina make enough money and are big enough in the states that they're booked solid and any kind of PR over here doesn't interest them and when they do play here they can pick their gigs at the very best venues like fabric etc For example Mark Farina is a bit of an unknown over here but he's huge in the states reebok released a custom limited edition Mark farina Trainer! haha and Derrick Carter played the opening of the Apple shop in New York

It's a white label boot that came out a few years ago i'll try and dig the name out for you, it's rare as hens teeth mind i've tried before and there's literally no copies of it anywhere, don't think any copies ever made it out of the states
