It's worked out on age/length of service and your salary. Mine works out at 9.4k plus 2k off the car I have on loan from them. aswell as the discount id already get off it.

people who've been there about 20year would get around 35k

Yea ive been there less than 2 years so going off the calculator on the website id get just over 6k.

the young uns should be ok the over 40s will struggle id say

I think I've got a job sorted. Less money but easier and a better employer. I wanted to leave anyway so its 10k for nowt really.
