u need to connect to live ( even just on silver ) and try and play the avi file by going to the video bit and selecting the avi from the cd/dvd ,...
that wouldnt work unless he had a djm800 mixer as the 600 dosent have a digital out , the cdj's can link up to the 800 via coaxial then coaxial...
if you have another working xbox 360 u can play divx / xvid / avi's thru that no probs , u will need to let it update the dashboard and install...
