I'd definitely stop if I knew the area. I might think twice if I was somewhere that I wasn't sure about - I'd still call the ole bill/ambulance tho.

I drive to work at 4.30 in the morning and occassionally see weird things. Always stop, but turns out to be nothing most times.

Id defo stop :( How fucking horrible. Imagine if you'd just had the shite kicked out of u and all you wanted was to get help and ppl just drove past, staring at you. :cry2: Poor woman :( Shame there wasnt someone monitoring the CCTV and maybe she would have got help sooner :(

I would stop; but then it's always easy to say that now, when we're seeing the pictures and saying how bad it all is etc.. I bet half the people who drove past would say "oh I would stop" if they were asked about something like this. People are shit. :(

I have stopped to help a heart attack victim when driving, I was with a mate at the time and that made a difference.

I would not advise any female to stop their car at night for anything less than a policeman, even then be cautious!

Back to the question....... did this occur in the day time? I would definitely have second thoughts about stopping in London after dark....... In daytime I would probs stop, but sometime when driving you dont "click" till you have drove past and if someones behind you youd just think fuck it

    yeah we suck..

to be honest, if i'd driven past i probably would have stopped (i've done this loads, im a samaritan ;)) but if i couldn't have stopped for whatever reason i would have dialed 999 explaining where the person was.

i pick up hitch hikers and all sorts if im bored

In fairness I could think of a few reasons people might be wary of stopping (could be a set up, any bloke who stops could easily end up being branded a fuckin' rapist or something if the lass comes round and is confused etc) but there is NO excuse for no-one dialling 999 to at least report the incident.

Would be a good scam for a robbery. There would also be a good chance it's some smack head so I can understand people not stopping.

Look after number one, though I would probably stop.
