I got freaked out once on the right side.

Id had too many little fellas and i was convinced that i musta had springs in my shoes. So i was bouncing up and down. I was like "Fucking hell, this is trippy as fuck, i actually think im bouncing!"

Then i came back the following month with a straight head.. went back to the same spot and the flooring was just warped :dunce: :dunce:

Anyone know what's happening to it yet? Who's up for chaining themselves to it and not letting them change it or pulling it down?:D

    munters corner

    or

central 5m from the front with the pillar just behind you

    or

back centre upstairs, looking over the balcony

    or

back left of the dancefloor between 11 and 1, sort of half on the edge of the steps, half going to the bar

    In Digital - upstairs

Re: Where was the best bit in Foundation?

aye me and my mates always used to dance at the front left at shindig

I personally used to also enjoy having a good drunked dance around in the bar upstairs most of the time at shindig, as alot of the main room guests weren't really my bag but the bar was always a good bet for stuff I liked:cool2:

Used to also enjoy having a little dance at the back right of the main dancefloor just in front of where the lighting guy was if the club was heaving there was always plenty of space there and you could feel the air con there if you were hot:cool2:

aye sort of standing bopping early doors at the back where you went in on the steps to the dancefloor was always a busy spot early on

the balcony was also good for a spot of people watching

basically come to think of it the whole club was class:lol:

hadn't been there since digital opened until new year and have to say it reminded me it really was a much better venue for shindig than digital, but digital does offer two proper rooms so it's swings and roundabouts

cosmic ballroom is probably the best dance venue in the toon for me at the minute, purely on the venue nothing to do with guests etc, although I do like upstairs at digital, really like it in fact, but the main room just doesn't really do it for me, it's good, and on some nights (farina for example) it is class but after foundation it just doesn't really have the same feeling :(

what i'd like to change at digital, maybe dropping the ceiling down and definately lowering the dj booth down closer to the people, maybe move the dj booth into that vip private bit near the toilets on the dancefloor

always used to start off at the stairs at the back of the dancefloor and gradually move forward and get right down the front for about 1130

always had to do a reconaissance run up the front about 11

Usually somewhere on the right hand side. Sometimes at the far end of the bar. Sometimes at the back in the bit between the cloakroom and the dancefloor.

In front of the main pillar slightly to the right.. or right at the back at the top of the dancefloor stairs keeping up appearances and my own self importance..

nothing beat the the back of the horseshoe when things went a bit far..

least favourite spots were the shifty as fuck looking seats up on the balcony by the girls toilets and the corner seats by the toilets downstairs and however handy when close to collapsing, the rest of the pikey seats down the edge of the dancefloor..

On the steps at the back of the dancefloor or leaning on the balcony upstairs observing the action. Happy days! :D

front left, on the little step. aaalways !

and mebbies at the start of the night, right at the back in the little seating bit left of the bar, with that massively bright light stuck under one of the seats.

and behind the tab machine upstairs.
