not it the UK. both times i had mine taken off me - i went inside and they said "for security reasons, it was detained" - it's not up to branch staff to return cards

I lost mine in Manchester, didnt even give me any chances just took the fucker

I cancelled straight away, which is always a good idea to do anyways then i had one about 3 days later in time for NYD

Shit banter when it happens, more so when you need it to be used to get cash.

Get your passport, thats all you will need to get a new card. It dosnt matter that its out of date.

Utility Bills are only required for proof of address not proof of ID.

If you need to provide Proof of address use a letter from the dole or something similar. These should be dated no older than 3 months.
