    yeah i tried them years ago & they don't really work that well & mnake you feel like you're coming down...you're better off eating smaller portions, not eating past 7-8 pm pretty much every day & eating healthier food...it worked for me & i lost 3 1/2 stone by doing that! :D

    my sistergot some slimming tablets on holiday, only cost a tenner, they've definately worked as she's lost a stone in 2 weeks... :eek: over here they cost 70 smackeroonies :eek: :D
