What about something in a pretty large venue, with big Trance/Hard Trance DJs, on a week that wasn't competing with Promise.
Plus, a second room, providing House across the board? From Funky/main-room House, to really jackin' Chicago stuff, with big DJs from all over the world.

It does need promoting more too, but promotion costs money. When you're not making any (tiny nights at EC).

Keep your eyes peeled, if enough if you want it, Twisted Logic should be back better than ever

Something like that would be a one-off event tho, its not worth doing that every month week coz as Mark has said before, its expensive to start a big night off and u usually end up down in money at first

Yeah of course, but it'd definately be worth paying for. A decent venue in Newcastle won't be that hard to find for some regular smaller nights too

I might have worded that wrong then, what I meant is that I dont have loads of money at the moment to just throw into a night, I have to be carefull with my money at the moment as I have xmas etc and a trip to Bali next year to pay for

find a really small place with an excellent sound system and set-up!then djs would want to play there, and people ouwld enjoy it more. as it was small it would never needs lots and lots to fill it, but would be a place where you and other local djs can play to other music lovers!get a good reputation and if you wanted, move onto something bigger!

the arena in middlesbrough!they just spent thousands doing it all up and i've been promised a wicked sound system which is why i became resident!

A small venue with a manager that has a sympathetic ear/or love of the music is what you want, and hopefully a venue with a decent system or room enough in the place to hire/install a system...! I don't want to diss EC but the sound system is rubbish IMO, keeping looking mate, if it is meant to be it'll happen
