    yeh but u often get boy racers going head to head with their shite cars on motorways, the race wudnt be half as fun if the twats couldn't go past 70 lol

    Is it fair that a 17yr old can buy a car (paying VAT on car and petrol), and pay tax, but then not be able to vote to decide where the government spends the tax it earns from him?

    Lights are an easy one. If they are e-marked then they will have gone through the relevant testing. Its normally stamped onto the front of the glass. If they're not you might need to do something about them come MOT time.

    As for the exhaust, Im not sure if miltek are... e.g. sebring have the fact that they are TUV approved stamped onto the exhaust itself and all over their site. Approval also requires the noise levels to be below a certain level, something which most don't seem to care about...
