singlepoint became part of vodafone, but remained on as a seperate company for p4u customers, you still use their shitty customer service the only difference is the name you 'trust'...

either way if your with p4u I'd get shot of the contract ASAP.

I don't know why people say that Vodafone is shit with Tariffs you just have to talk to someone about all of the options available and don't go anywhere till they sort it, thats why I've got such a fab contract now. You can't just walk in read the tariff chart they put up and decide oh it's not for me, if you take the time you'll get a good deal!

Remeber that when you are buying from phone shops and 3rd party dealers, the network AND the phone manufacturer are paying them big amounts of commision to sell the products so therefore, they can sell the products at a 'loss' because they make the money back through the commision.

its a fanny on. you ring them and say right me contracts ended, give me a deal, you haggle and they say no you cant have it, you say fine im gonna cancel, then you write a cancellation letter, 4 days later they ring you and give you the deal.

what a waste of fucking time, they do it to me every year, and every year i get the deal i want but only after the cancellation letter has been received, its like they think im bluffing, its only a contract, not as if im losing out

i agree, i was talking to one of them and we struck a deal, he told me to ring abck on the 21st of jan when the phone was in stock and tell whoever i spoke to, to check the log and give me the deal, the bitch wouldnt give me the deal cos theyre valid for 24 hours only, we argued that the deal was struck ther and then and i just needed the phone. she wouldnt give me it, the only way i was getting that phone that day is if i paid 60 quid for it and had to pay 39 a month, i said they'd receive me cancellation letter soon.

4 days later they shipped the phone and gave me the original deal.

    wankers
