get safeway four cheese sauce, mozerella, strong cheddar, bacon, cherry toms, courgettes, peppers & mushrooms if u like them & pasta

get a hot frying pan with a small amount of oil in & chargrill the veg that u've sliced up, leave the toms whole,

fry off bacon to how u like it cooked

    cook the pasta

put veg, bacon & then pasta into an oven proof dish, pour heated chesse sauce over pasta etc & then put grated mozerella & cheddar on top...put in hot oven til cheese is melted & yummy....

    et voila...yummy pasta! :D

Pasta n Tuna is a healthy, yet affordable meal for hard up students. After the gym, Bellend51 made it, and it was very nice, he may not have a job, but any prespective ladies, he can cook. Winner.

Yeah but what about all those ppl (like me) who sit on their arse behind a desk all day, loaded and bloated with carbs, turning into fat??? Even if not dieting, carbs should be monitored just like fat. :)

get some pasta recipes off the net (bbc.co.uk/food)

Theres a thousand variations what you can do with the stuff - just dont think you have to buy some cack "stir in sauce" from the supermarket ... as much as they are quick and easy, you cant beat some proper home made sauces and stuff.

Proper bolognese sauce with bay leaves, herbs and some chicken thighs is what i was brought up on - which helps when your mum is half italian :D

Pity its fully of calories though! :D
