Try to keep work as work, even though work is your major part of your life, channel your energies. If you start to get down, try to tell yourself you are not going to allow it and that you are in control of your own emotions, no one can make you do something so try to put that into emotions too. No one can make Hannah sad because you are worth more then that.... Thats what you gotta believe.

I duno, I think Im ok now ........ I cant not be with gigs at Sundissential, Frantic, Wildchild, Storm etc etc throughout the rest of the year. No time for stupid head fuck games or I can kiss goodbye to me DJing - Ive got too many people relying on me for that so its not even an option

It's all about comprimise. If I'm too nakered for it my bloke understands but next morning I like to wake him up with a pleasant surprise :laugh:
