Dan you cant really look at it like that - the bosses at H&M probably do it themselves its more the image surrounding H&M and the ROLE MODEL banter n all that stuff. Thats what I was thinking of anyway.

H&M probably really didnt want to drop her for that, they were just under pressure in the public eye

thats not the point tho, when people look in a magazine and see a picture of her modelling a certain piece of clothing, they will be saying "isnt that the bird who looked wasted in the news of the world" or "isnt she seeing that druggie Pete Doherty"

Its a bad image for H&M. She should kno better, shes in the public eye and should be more sensible.

i suppose, but look @ other role models for example Wayne Rooney. How the fuck can a fat little, foul mouthed, short tempered, granny shagging scally fuckin charva be a role model????...................because he is the best at what he does. Man UTD still sell 10's of thousands of footy shirts with his name on. They still make 10000000's off him.

I think they have made a rushed decision.

Totally agree also!! They have made a rushed decision cos they were under pressure - maybe this will all die down and other campaigns will be very glad shes still selling products  On the other hand Rimmel will almost definately have to drop her I think - just for the pure fact its a younger girls make-up and a big company like H&M have when its mainly Studenty.

Does Wayne Rooney take drugs, or is he involved with the biggest wreckhead alive?

What would happen if you came into work 'off your tits' youd be expected to be sent home or even sacked for that matter. ive Seen Kate Moss in 'some states' in the papers of late, and her being involved with Pete Doherty, its the Image H&M want.

Fairplay rooney has made mistakes, alot of other footballers have.Cantona, Bowyer, Woodgate, Gazza etc.

Thats what I was thinking more like theres been loads of speculation about her and pete and his habits etc, H&M probably thought this is the final straw its gonna be really bad publicity for her - but maybe theyve made a mistake I dunno.

does kate moss shag pro's in back streets? is kate moss a role model to kids as you as 5 / 6 yrs old?

regardless of what ppl do if in there own time. if they are good @ their job things like that shouldn't matter.

    just my opinion tho

I think Rimmel will follow H&M as there target market is teenagers and young adults

Dont think it will affect her contracts with Dior and Chanel in the same way, although I defo think that her start quality has been going down hill since she started going out with Pete.

When the publics image of her starts to fall Dior and Chanel are likely to drop her. Part of Kate Moss's appeal was that she very rarely does interviews or reveals much about her private life so was in control of her image. Since shes been going out with Pete shes lost control of her image

Thanks, done stuff like this as part of my degree

As soon as the sponsor becomes a liability and could damage the companies brand they are usually dropped
