I haven't used Juno for a while, but if ever there was a problem I rang them and it was usually sorted out there and then. Service from them was in the majority of cases, top notch.
It actually aint Royal Mails fault this time. Juno has had a problem with its server! I ordered some records tuesday and didnt get a confirmation e-mail till yesterday! Ring up juno Peter coz they said they would give me 20% off the next time I bought records but I said just send them special delivery which they have done!
