There were countless apeals from the Jewish community for the allies to bomb the death camps - but the allies chose not to... while simeltaneously stopping jewish refugees from enterting Palestine and sending them back to Gemrnay... Both the US and UK virtually stopped all jewish migration to their nations during this period.

The allies knew what was happening in the death camps and didn't act on this information as they were not concerned about the well being of the Jews!

But sureley they can neutralise it by using international help , getting in the UN to threatn and condone and then negotiate with iran may take slightly longer but in that time you would be hopefully done in palestine and able to Defend your borders should the talks with iran fail .

Think about what you're actually suggesting. Not only would you be committing Israel to a war it couldn't win any time in the next year or two, you'd also be adding infinite fuel to terrorist attacks on your 'motherland'. Israel are so incapable of defeating Hizbollah that they've decided to just bomb shit out of the country instead. A more advanced military couldn't defeat guerillas in Vietnam, and it can't now. Perhaps you'd have some measure of success against Iranian military installations, but the real result would be to drive Iran's population underground and recruit another 10million young soldiers for their army.

Thats the problem though Rob, we've lived in the diaspora for 1500 years - during this period we've experienced some of the harshed prejudice known to man.

The only way to stop this was to end the exile and go back to our ancetral homeland... which was at the time largely barren desert.

Migrating to another country would eventually end in the same results it had always ended in.
