Ideas for a North East ONLINE Radio Station

nah im gonna have to get it in the right name of the owners which may be under the station name or technoorgasm not sure yet

Strictly speaking there is no way around it.
You are technically a broadcast organisation and therefore subject to the more expensive playlist type of licence.
Clubs such as Foundation have a general licence because you cannot state exactly what tracks are gonna be played and when, also they have a limited audience (the clubs capacity).

Most internet sites actually do the pirate thing anyway. I guess this is the only way you can do it, unless you explain to the PRS that you are a non-profit organisation and are receiving no income from your venture.
