    I've lost weight over Christmas 'cause I've spent most of it feeling sick at the thought of food.

    My belts all have to be used on their tightest hole now.:D

    I stuffed myself on Xmas Day. Huge amounts of turkey, stuffing, roast pots etc. Ate loads of sweets and chocs while i was waiting for Xmas Dinner all day too.

    Part from that ive went back to my normal amounts straight away.

    Ive drank loads tho, starting on the 16th Dec with an all day session and following it up with another on the 17th. Almost every day since, ive been on the booze. NYE is deffo the last for at least 2 weeks. Dont think ive ever gone two weeks without, but il try! :p

    I thought I would of out weight on but i have actually lost it!

    No idea how???? :cool:

    Ive ate McDonalds like its gone out of fashion! So many take aways, and Ive drank the most I ever probably have!

    Not sure how I have lost the weight but I am surely not complaning! :D
