    totally... ive only ever been 'dumped' once.. via pm + msn...

    best way to sort things out is face to face.. fuck phones or whatever..

    part from wen ur in osbournes an u get a glass lobbed at you for talking to some random girl.. she learnt the hard way tho cos i got the last metro to town and shagged her flatmates best friend :D

    wouldnt dream of doin anythin like it now tho!

    ENT. And believe me mate, it's always good fun having to speak to Audiology (hearing aid) patients on the phone :rolleyes:

    If your shoulder was a referral from your GP, then both, but I came across your ENT referral whilst looking for something else.

    I'm not back for another 4 weeks, but if you don't ring within 4 weeks of your letter, your referral gets sent back to yout GP. If that happens, get it sent back, gimme a shout and I'll get you in :p

    I suppose that was a pretty weird PM mind

    Well ive just come out of a SEVEN year relationship with someone ive known since i was 13.

    By the end of it, she wouldnt ever allow me to put a concrete reason on why we were breaking up, even though time and again we would sit and go through things and make an effort to get it all clear in my mind so i could at least deal with it and move on.....

    I think sometimes people like to create their own imaginary reason why they are breaking up with someone, or at least try and pretty much deny point blank the most obvious ones since it stops them from having to deal with their own, sometimes pretty shallow emotions, and just carry on with their lives.... a defence mechanism really.

    Unfortunately, this tends to be at the expense of driving the person they dumped... going nuts with frustration, at least for a while.

    getting dumped is shit...it's only happened to me a couple of times but it's really crap.

    on the subject of lying....it's not very nice but sometimes you can't help it....but being lied to is shit.

    sounds familiar..

    especially the last bit.. people think your going OTT about it but when ur totally in the dark you can be forgiven for goin a bit crazy i think, especially when u genuinely give a shit about the other person and they still go on like they give a shit about you..

    to be honest id rather be just told the truth, because when you find out first hand that the other person hasn't been straight with you, you get over it.. fast.
