    I hear you.

A girl can still be feminine if she sports short hair.
A girl can still be feminine if she drinks pints.
A girl can still be feminine if she takes on a blokes name.
A girl can still be feminine if she has a girlfriend.

    ;)

I should of phrased that employers... employees tend to be educated - but most employers I know lack qualifications.

Having said that, I would be very surprised if the top bods in my company didn't have degrees.

Depends who you class as running a company. Is it the board or the management?

The partners of my organisation are most definatley university educated. I deal with directors of large multnationals and relitavely small scale property owners in terms of land portfolio's and quite a few medium-large family based operations, I'd be very suprised if the majority wern't degree level educated..

The point I'm making is more to do with age, I'd say a fair few 'businessmen', however you care to phrase that, are without a university education, but the vast majority will be 40+

Funny how a thread about being caught pissing down a back alley turns into the respective qualification levels of employers and employees!

I can only speak from people I know who own business and most do not have degrees.

Management (if they are not the same as the directors) tend to be degree educated in my experiance.

    it depends what industry though

where i work most of the management have no formal qualifications, and they're on 40k + and i think the manager of our department is on about about 80k a year and i dont think he has any qualifications either
