It´s rank, but that Budweiser energy beer still holds my coveted worst drink ever title.

aint had the misfortune of trying it, but my worst pint ever has to be that one that claims to be the coldest pint in the world. you know the one where they get a frozen pint glass out of the freezer, then put it on a spinny thing under the tap, and iced jets of beer are squirted into the glass. You end up with a cheap watery slush puppy lager, and if you drink it too fast it gives you brain freeze

I've never tried any of the fruity beers either, I've heard mixed reports about them. I love Hoegaarden, although I prefer Erdinger and Liefmans (which I had for the first time on Saturday in Popolo, lush ). That Kronenbourg Blanc is diabolical though. I reckon Stu summed it up best when he pointed out that it was "just like drinking Um Bongo". I've always thought the fruity beers would be something like this.

And if you drink it too slow you just end up with very watered-down beer. It tastes nice for the first few sips, but then you get the brain freeze or the slushy lager.

A good idea, not very well thought out.

Liefmans make Framboise (rasberry) and Kriek(cherry), what 'normal' beer do they serve in popolo??

Ah, I never knew that. They also have a weissbier, which they now have on draught in Popolo. Very nice, a lot nicer than the Erdinger, which is usually my main reason for going to Popolo.

I drink far too much of this. Once I found it in Morrisons my life changed.

I'm weird with flavoured beers, i always like the taste of them at first but get sick of it before i finish the bottle.

It's fantastic like. Proper danger though, you have to watch yourself with it or it kicks your dial in. Much better on draught than in bottles, mind.

Erdinger is the best.
