Forget Gk - Lets Have A "promise" At The Arena!

yep smart e, aint a good idea havin mauro picotto that late on, infact, three is probs a bit late, people often start to leave then! I think Mauro Picotto should go on at around half one, so everyone can fully appreciate the picotto experience!

I think to host a massive gig like this is a lot of time thought and effert thats why we should help promise in every way to achive this goal if something does happen. Weve all been to promise weve seen the djs weve lived the moment and if somthing does happen for e.g promise do get the arena plz plz. promise are doing it for us. Mark, Rob, Richard,Shelly,Bev and everyone at promise dont do it for themselves they do it all for us and thats why we should never slag it off or have pity stupid comments. We all are getting so lets start appreciating what is happening at that club. ITS GETTING BIGGER cant u all see that from last year to this year main stream djs back to back in the same month a packed club every week and a full message board every day but lets not have it full of shit. Even this week the odd two three messages would of been nice for the meet up at gk not a full first page on utter bollox. Thats why u have pms for. Im only saying this cause i aint put many posts up this week cause ive been watching what was happening and Mark was right. Lets start keeping this board a PROMISE MESSAGE BOARD and not a promotional scheme for other clubs i may be a bit of a hypocrate due to the fact im part of Technoorgasm but we dont go preaching on here about it.We only mentioned the party and travel thats all.


Mark and crew have done a lot for us and i for one mate will be there for u guys 24/7 and show that i am solid promise member and goa and a freind to u all. I PROMISE

I think Godskitchen will be good for newcastle and promise, at first I thought it wouldn't sell out yada yada yada and found a million reasons why it would reflect bad on newcastle (like the love weekend) but my opinion has changed now - however we look at it, it's bringing 7500 clubbers to Newcastle... Thats 7500 people who may go away with a much better opinion of newcastle than they used to... thats also 7500 we can flyer for promise!!!!!

Promise will lose figures tonight, but thats it - I do think the carnival will be more good news than bad, as it may help establish newcastle as a clubbing city (like sheffield and Birminginham).

But it has been talked about too much on the board this week...

If we could flyer these 7500 people, it would be great! Also if these clubbers from far and wide c the crowd promise gets in, it will probably be good for newcastle and promise! coz despite all randoms, silly posts thats pissed a few ppl off etc.etc, we're a great bunch and promise is great too

Sounds like you'll definitely do it right!

I love the idea of Promise holding its own massive event but would it be really feasable at this moment in time? We would probably have to co-host it with Shindig to pull in the numbers.

Also we would need to get a w!cked array of dj's for people to pay the £30 or so and travel from all over the north.

Does Promise have alot of people fliering outside GK tommorow night? Seems like a great opportunity for us.

mark have to say that would be a fookin wikid idea what about collabration with the DIG! promise back room or vice versa. i myself would also pay top dollar to see promise in a positon of hosting an event at arena think it would be big without doubt just need national coverage then thats it think its really good to host the vibe room cause every1 loves to wiggle to a lil HH!! lol
