    our cupboards r usually overflowing with walkers crisps cos me uncle works for them. Under the stairs theirs about 200 packets of smokey bacon and ready salted that nobody eats:lol:

    Beef monster munch are the best crisp EVER!!!

    cheese squares are also mint

    normal crisps are shit really, like walkers.

    the fake meat is nice but couldn''t really say how good it is at replicating meat as i don't really remember what it tastes like :confused: and to be honest i don't really care!

    i don't really eat snacks, and just prepare massive meals that keep me going for hours so i don't need to snack.

    i like to eat loads though, i hate it when i'm not full, i don't eat unhealthy i just eat loads of it.

    the 1st few months you do just eat your fav meals... an unless they're healthy meals you can pile on a few tyres!

    my problem is i dont eat set meals

    i'll have one proper meal a day

    breakfast 5.30am-

    2 slices of toast and cup of tea

    first break 10am - crisps sandwich and fruit(usually banana)

    dinner 12.35 - either a pot noodle or rustlers burger lmao or il go to the canteen and get chips and sausage or pizza lol

    4pm - usually grab a bite like anotrher crisp sandwich

    6pm-7pm tea - maybe takeaway or usually chips and something else unhealthy that me mams rustled up

    im a walking heart attack

    there's an obese sports physiologist/nutritionalist that does that to the extreme... and argues that even tho he's overweight he's healthier than most skinny people cos of what he eats and his lifestyle etc...
