    wat he said

i know the initial idea of a party on a farm is ace but to actually legalize it to have regular events on a farm would cost quite a lot, along with the prs fees etc etc the insurance will be expensive, then you have health and safety and you fire, not to mention entertainment license, plus everything has to go through th books otherwise the tax man will be knocking on your door...and then u have the fact it is an illegal party aswell lol

if you decide to move to a venue imho i dont think it will work, the name wont work, it doesnt have the same ring as club names like cream, godskitchen, gatecrasher, jus my opinion but best of luck :)

also re: ideas, i think its best to keep ur plans to urself mate, no offence but u didnt get barry from goodgreef or mark from promise coming on a message board telling the clubbing world of what they want to do

not having a go jus some constructive criticism, i hear the events r good n tha, best of luck anyway, hope you's do well, if u ever need any phatt techno playin let me know :D

the police know what goes on up at thimbleberry farm, they were there checking the liciences for there festival last year, and local plod arnt stupid.

its only a matter of time before they hit hard on what goes on.....you've always got to be 1 step,or even better 2 steps ahead of the police..

laws are a mine field, and of you dont know what you are doing, saying its a private party doesnt work every time...theres some hefty fines, they can take your rig, equipment, the lot,and you cant do a thing if they have the approperate paper work.

....until anything is ever legal, say nothing,or people will bend over backwards to fuck u up on your journey, and if the charvas have got wind of it,then the new monkey crew will be out in force.

u shud definitely think about dropping the prices tho

£15/20 entry and a tenner bus??

    200 people x £15 = £3000

    +

    £10 x 100 (example for bus) = £1000

and not even one dj gets paid

mate.... no wonder you like to go on about it...

Tulip, Maitland, Digital kid and chris hoff all got paid a fee and travelling expenses. the rest of the lads all got free entry and all they could drink. there all good lads , and were all just happy to play infront of a big crowd.
